How to redeem

Show the birthday reward email at any Chuck E. Cheese location during the birthday window. A separate Play Pass or Play Band is required to activate game play (available at the register).

Requirements

Free to join, no payment. Child-only birthday club: only adults may register, one adult as parent/guardian per child; child's birthday is the qualifying date. Page states ages 1-17 ('Kids must be 17 or younger'), though the form rejected an adult with 'over 16 and may not join'. Must register at least 7 days before the birthday to receive that year's benefits.
